New Be Our Guest Dinner Experience Coming This Summer
If you have tried making dinner reservations at Be Our Guest for July or August, you would notice the option is almost nonexistent. Now we understand why. A new dinner dining experience is coming to Be Our Guest starting on July 27, 2018. Be Our Guest will be offering a pre fixe dinner menu that will be focused more on french cuisine. The dining plan will still be accepted, but it will now be using 2 table service credits per person. The pre fixe menu will consist of your choice of appetizer and entrée, followed by a personal dessert platter.
The appetizer choices will still include guest favorite French Onion Soup, but will now offer Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis; Escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata; and a selection of assorted meats and artisan cheeses such as chicken liver pâté, chorizo sausage Manchego, and truffle tremor according to Disney Parks Blog.
I am more excited to hear about the new options for dinner. Guests will be able to choose from dinner entrées such as Grilled Center-Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Romano beans, Cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction, Smoked Black-Eye Pea Tortellini with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water, Poulet Rouge Chicken, Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse, Roasted Lamb Chops and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloins.
Disney chefs are still at work on the kids menu and dessert menu. I do hope they bring the Master's Cupcake or better known as the Grey Stuff Cupcake for dinner since that is my favorite dessert offered at lunch. We shall see.
There was no word on the Beast Meet and Greet, but I don't speculate he wouldn't want to be seeing the guests of his castle at dinner.
